Canadian Shipping:

$50-$125: $25 shipping
126-224: $35 shipping
225 + : $45 shipping
Products that are stocked in our US warehouse are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Items in our German warehouse will typically ship in 3-4 weeks.
Product numbers 4000000 to 4999999 come from the factory in Germany. Product numbers 5000000 to 5999999 ship from our San Francisco warehouse.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Two Cherries tools, you may return any unused product in original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless items are damaged or defective.
Prior to returning any product, please e-mail us with your name, order number and your reason for the return. You will be given an RGA# (return of goods authorization) to reference.
All accepted components must be returned to receive full refund. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
