Double sided, natural VULKAN sharpening stone. The extra fine side should be used with oil, and perfect for your fine, and finishing grinding and honing. The coarse side is made of slate and should be used with water and prior to your final hone. Comes in a plastic pouch. Approx grit would be 4000/7000
